Haecker is a German kitchen manufacturer that Friedrich Haecker established as a joinery in 1938. Horst Finkemeier became the director in 1965.
In 1972, the business transitioned from a workshop to an industrial manufacturer. They also changed their location to 38 Ruscheneer Strasse, where they had built a new manufacturing shop.
Jochen Finkemeie and Horst Finkemeier formed the company's management together in 1996. In 1998, Haecker introduced the systematic product line on top of the traditional selection.
By 1999 they had developed classic and systemat designs, and there were about 150 ranges for customers to choose from. In the same year, Haecker invested in a high-bay warehouse with around 20,000 pallets.
In 2001 during the company exhibition occasion, Haecker launched a new business center in Panorama that had a space of 12,000 sqm.
In 2003, the systemat product range edition was presented, and in 2005 their logistics building was extended to 80.500 sqm. The vital 130 product range was also introduced.
In 2007 they built their third factory together with an additional high rack warehouse. This increased their production area by 103,000 sqm.
In 2008, new product lines were introduced, which included systematART, classicART, and emotionART.
In 2010, the Panorama building was constructionally extended by a total of 600 sqm, which increased the showroom, offices, and training rooms. These constructions were completed in 2011.
In 2012, Haecker purchased the site of their neighboring firm Klostermann Küchen which had become insolvent, and used the space to build their fourth plant. In 2016, the company received the "Customer Favorite 2016" quality seal conducted by Focus Money and Deutschland-Test. The award was based on an assessment of their quality, price, service, and reputation.
The company is currently one of the largest employers in Roedinghausen, North Rhine-Westphalia, and East Westphalian. This family-run company has been known for producing high-quality fitted kitchens all over Germany since 1965. In 2019 it had over 1700 and made sales worth 616 million euros. Currently, it exports its products to more than 60 countries. Based on a Neue Westfälische article, it is Germany's second-biggest kitchen manufacturer.
Haecker Kuchen is known for designing top-class kitchens based on their customers' specifications.
Haecker Kuchen has been sponsoring SV Rödinghausen, which is a local sports club. Through that financial support, this club made five promotions consecutively and is able to play in the Regionalliga West fourth-class from the 2014/15 season.
